At FogFuel™, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, and you purchased FogFuel™ Product Protection at checkout, we will replace your order free of charge.

  • Photos of the damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • For missing packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Replacements are issued once the claim is reviewed and approved.

If you did not purchase protection, we can still review your case, but replacements are not guaranteed.

65-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 65-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return it for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • You must package it securely and cover return shipping costs.
  • A return authorization must be obtained before shipping the item back (contact us for details).

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Defective or Non-Working Products

If your fog fluid appears to be defective or “not working” in your machine:

  • Please send a short video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the fog machine in use, no vapor output, etc.).
  • We will review the footage and determine whether the product is eligible for replacement or refund.

In most cases, issues are related to machine setup, so video verification helps us assist you more effectively.

Exclusions & Limitations

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Returns requested after 65 days from delivery
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Orders made through resellers or third-party marketplaces (please contact the seller directly)

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a damaged product covered under protection.
